HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING A SHOWING FOR AN APARTMENT?

The best way is to work with our website and view our various locations and layouts. After viewing the locations, contact the Kent Housing, Inc. office at (320) 252-5500. Our office staff can assist you with questions regarding pricing, availability, and set up times for a showing of those properties you are interested.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS WHEN SIGNING A LEASE?

HOW MUCH ARE MY UPFRONT COSTS TO SECURE A LEASE WITH KENT HOUSING?

Kent Housing, Inc. requires a $250.00 security deposit and a $30.00 administrative contract fee. This $280.00 is due at signing and is a requirement for rental at all properties.

WHAT ADDITIONAL BILLS WILL I BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN MY APARTMENT?

Kent Housing picks up the major utility bills. At each of our campus locations, we cover heat, hot water, and refuse. You will be responsible for your regular-use electric, cable, and internet. Sharing these bills with your roommates makes these quite inexpensive.

CAN YOU PLACE ME AS AN INDIVIDUAL?

YES we can place you as an individual. However, please contact the Kent Housing Inc. office to learn about these opportunities and get the details.
